Hill walking course

Introduction to Hill Walking

This two day course covers all the skills to safely travel around the British mountains in summer conditions. The aim is to introduce skills such as basic navigation, route choice, weather, emergency procedures and equipment. No previous experience is necessary although a reasonable level of fitness is required.

Introduction to Scottish Hills

The length of this course will depend on client requirements and combines some of the techniques used above but in the larger setting of Scotland's hills with the further skills required for this desitnation. Good fitness is required.
